Scenic Reunites with Celebrity Chef Bryan Voltaggio for a Warm Welcome Back

Chef Bryan Voltaggio, a “Top Chef” alumnus who is finalists for the James Beard Award and whose career has been shaped by his experience as a semi-finalist in this award’s competition, will be joining Scenic Luxury Tours and Cruises on two cruises that will take place later this year and during next summer.

Last fall, his first Scenic partnership was on a France River Cruise that sold out. He will be sailing on the Scenic Eclipse II for a nine day “Iconic Panama Canal”, departing Montego Bay, Jamaica on October 31, this year. Chef Voltaggio is scheduled to sail in 2024 on Scenic Diamond’s eight-day itinerary “Bordeaux Affair”, departing France on June 18, 2024.

Each sailing begins with a welcome reception in the evening where guests get to rub elbows and mingle with Voltaggio. The chef will demonstrate cooking techniques and share tips with guests during onboard demonstrations. The chef will share his experiences as a celebrity chef, restaurateur and culinary master during the afternoon Q&A session. Voltaggio will create a special menu for each sailing to showcase the ingredients and flavors of that region.

Voltaggio stated, “I’m so excited to join Scenic guests for two more sailings. I will be adding my culinary touch.” “Discovering new flavors and cultures through food enhances the Scenic experience. I look forward to introducing Scenic guests to the Caribbean, South America, and Central America, as well as the refined offerings from Bordeaux’s vineyards, fields, and farms.”
